For in-house guests we offer private dining. The menu with its classic French foundations, changes seasonally to ensure each meal is prepared with fresh ingredients harvested from the kitchen garden and local suppliers. The wine list encompasses a curated offering focusing primarily on the iconic Barossa region. Provinçal style cuisine is available daily with a Petit Repas Menu, and on Friday and Saturday,  the Chef’s Selection Dinner with a menu du jour is available. Le Mas prides itself on providing dining as it should be: fresh, authentic, heart warming dishes to be enjoyed as an essential part of life.

Having played at Festivals – Lovebox, Burning Man, Glastonbury and produced music for fashion shows in NYC and Paris.
