Angaston is a town on the eastern side of the Barossa Valley in South Australia, Angaston was originally known as German Pass, but was later renamed after the politician, banker and pastoralist George Fife Angas, who settled in the area in the 1850s. Our favourites include Barossa Cheese Company, Casa Carboni, organic producer Smallfry, Yalumba, Otherness, Vitners Bar & Grill and the Saturday Farmers Market.

The intimate, farmhouse-style Staguni is a flagship restaurant for a new food and arts precinct in an abandoned schoolhouse located in the historic 1922 Marananga Primary School building. The Mediterranean-inspired restaurant led by Clare Falzon is inspired by European eateries and the different ways in which communities eat around the world. A family-owned and operated boutique winery and vineyard located in the North East of the famous Barossa Valley. They grow grapes and produce premium wines from small, historic vineyards. Their aim is to craft wines that express the unique flavours from the specific sites where the fruit is sourced. The wines are known for being aromatic, floral, and structured, with many layers of depth and intensity. A minimalistic approach lies at the heart of their winemaking philosophy, combining traditional and modern techniques such as indigenous yeast fermentation, whole bunch pressing, basket pressing, spontaneous secondary fermentation, and no filtration or fining.
