Old Bush Vine Grenache is made from a low yielding, single vineyard planted in 1935. Hand picked, de-stemmed into small open top fermenters, hand plunged daily and then basketed pressed after 8 days on skins. Racked to seasoned French oak barrels. Matured in oak for 12 months prior to bottling. Unfiltered and un-fined
